A fast-growing, direct-to-consumer performance brand is seeking a hands-on Brand Marketing Manager to lead campaign execution and brand growth in a core market, while supporting international expansion.
The Role- Own and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across PR, digital, social, email, paid media and events
- Lead product launches from planning to go-to-market execution
- Build relationships with media, partners and industry stakeholders
- Manage marketing calendar, budgets and performance reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, e-commerce and commercial teams
- International consumer brand operating in the performance sports sector
- Rapid growth across multiple global markets
- 3+ years’ experience in brand or integrated marketing
- Someone from a cycling background, or with an interest in cycling.
- Strong communication, copywriting and campaign delivery skills
- Comfortable managing budgets, timelines and performance metrics
- Passion for sport and understanding of enthusiast-driven communities
- Confident representing a brand publicly and working in a fast-paced environment
