Looking for your next step in PR where you’ll have responsibility, creative input, the chance to make a visible impact on campaigns and a clear progression path?
This is an opportunity to join a multi-award-winning, independent communications agency with a people-first culture. You’ll work on iconic consumer brands, deliver ideas-led campaigns that cut through, and be trusted to own your contribution from day one.
THE ROLE
This is a hands-on Senior PR Account Executive role, sitting at the heart of campaign delivery across earned media, content, social and influencer activity. You’ll play a key role in shaping stories, pitching to media, creating high-quality content and supporting integrated campaigns - working closely with Account Managers and senior team members, while continuing to build confidence, autonomy and momentum in your career.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support the delivery of integrated PR campaigns across earned media, content, social and influencer channels
* Play an active role in media relations, pitching stories and building relationships with journalists
* Create compelling content including press releases, media pitches and social copy
* Contribute creative ideas and story angles aligned to cultural moments and news agendas
* Support influencer and creator activity, from research and outreach through to delivery and reporting
* Assist with social-led and digital-first campaign activity where relevant
* Monitor coverage and campaign performance, supporting reporting and evaluation
* Provide day-to-day account support, ensuring detail, organisation and quality across projects
WHO THIS ROLE SUITS
* PR experience, either agency-side or in-house, with exposure to consumer brands
* A good grounding in media relations and the UK media landscape, with growing confidence selling in stories
* Strong writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone across press, pitches and social content
* Interest in integrated campaigns spanning PR, content, social and influencer activity
THE AGENCY
You’ll be joining an independent, award-winning integrated comms agency delivering creative, culturally relevant campaigns that go beyond traditional PR. The work blends earned media, influencer advocacy, social and experiential activity, with a strong focus on ideas that engage audiences and drive impact.
The agency works across food & drink, FMCG, automotive, entertainment, retail and visitor attractions, and is recognised as a Sunday Times Best Places to Work and a Best Place to Work for Women, with a strong people-first, ‘powered-by-people’ culture.
WHAT YOU’LL GET
* Package: circa £26–30K salary + annual bonus, private healthcare, pension, work-anniversary bonus and employee recognition rewards
* Work-life balance: hybrid working, 26 days’ holiday, plus Christmas office closure, your birthday and work anniversary off, and early Friday finish
* Development: personal training budget and ongoing support
* Culture & socials: regular team socials and trips, plus a dedicated mindfulness group focused on wellbeing
* Location:
