Marketing & Ticketing Assistant

Job Overview A rare opportunity to join the team at FORM as a dual-role, the majority as a marketing assistant, contributing to the organisation and completion of marketing campaigns across the company’s full portfolio of events and the delivery of the company’s ticketing. This role would suit a motivated candidate looking for their second or first industry role.

Role Overview

• 2-3 days per week – Marketing Assistant
  • Accurately building, managing and maintaining marketing budgets and update company systems to record spend
  • Creating strategies and producing engaging content for multiple platforms
  • Strategically gathering, maintaining and updating company held customer data
  • Support the building of marketing plans and post events reports for clients
  • Assisting the set up and fulfilment of the announcement and on sales of new shows
  • Proofing listings across venues, ticketing platforms, FORM’s social platforms and more
  • Occasional assisting in the creation of visual assets for use across physical and digital platforms
  • Assisting the marketing team across festival projects
  • Provide support across broader company projects and work as required from time to time
  • Where desired, providing company event representation at events across the FORM programme
• 2-3 days per week – Ticketing Assistant
  • Liaising with FORM’s ticketing agency partners to set up, build, monitor and deliver company ticketing allocations and manifests
  • Liaising with venues to set up and monitor venue allocations, including negotiating allocation %’s and pricing
  • Liaising between FORM’s ticketing agency partners and FORM’s inhouse marketing team to maximise the company’s pre-sale opportunities and event white page
  • Liaising with FORM’s internal finance team to ensure accurate ticketing remittance and reconciliations

• A strong understanding of the genres and artists promoted by FORM
• Proficiency in Mac operating systems
• Proficiency in MS Office
• An understanding or quick ability to learn various computer platforms such as Picflow, spreadsheets, Wordpress and more
