I’m looking for a CRM Manager to join a growing fashion brand with a highly engaged customer base and strong sense of community. This is a key role sitting at the centre of brand, trading and ecommerce. You’ll own CRM strategy and execution end-to-end, working across email and SMS to drive engagement, retention and revenue. There’s already a CRM Assistant in place, so this role combines leadership with hands‑on deliveryאָס

• Owning CRM strategy and day‑to‑day execution across email and SMS
• Building and optimising lifecycle journeys (acquisition, onboarding, retention, reactivation)
• Driving performance through segmentation, testing and personalisation
• Using data to understand what’s working, what isn’t, and why
• Managing and developing a CRM Assistant
• Working closely with ecommerce and brand teams around launches and key trading moments
• Owালো레(CRM) reporting and using insight to drive commercial decisions

• Strong CRM experience within fashion / DTC ecommerce
• Klaviyo experience is essential
• Data‑driven and commercially minded
• Comfortable owning both strategy and execution
• Able to really understand a niche customer and how they engage with the brand
