The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Account Manager to support our Client Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their marketing career who’s eager to learn, grow and get hands-on experience working with exciting tech clients.

You’ll help keep projects running smoothly, support senior team members, and play a key part in delivering impactful marketing campaigns.

What You ll Do
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams
  • Assist in planning and delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Help create and edit content for marketing initiatives and social media
  • Take on essential admin tasks, including preparing reports, maintaining calendars and tracking campaign performance
  • Support the creation of presentations, proposals and reports
  • Learn key financial processes such as cost sheets and invoicing
  • Work collaboratively across the agency and take part in ongoing training and development

  • A strong communicator who enjoys working with others
  • Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage time effectively
  • Confident, creative and curious
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Happy to take responsibility and grow with the role
  • Proficient with Office 365 (or quick to learn)
  • Experience in a customer-facing role or a qualification in marketing/business is helpful but not essential.
