Do you love being in front of the camera? Got the energy to turn a livestream into a sell-out event? We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who’s ready to bring our tool brands to life on Tik Tok (and beyond).

We’re Genpower – the team behind JCB Tools and Hyundai Power Products – two of the biggest names in the game. From power tools to garden kit to heavy‑duty equipment, we’ve been helping professionals and DIYers get the job done since 2006. Last year we hit £50m in turnover and we’re pushing towards £100m.

Now we need someone bold, creative and confident to take charge of our social channels – with Tik Tok Lives leading the charge.

What you’ll be doing

• Hosting daily Tik Tok Lives, showcasing our tools, answering questions and driving sales
• Building and running a content calendar across Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, You Tube and more
• Jumping on the latest trends and turning them into content that actually converts
• Writing captions, posts and short‑form copy that cut through the noise
• Working with our creatives to film sharp, engaging video content
• Monitoring comments, questions and feedback – making our community feel heard
• Keeping a close eye on the competition and spotting opportunities before they do
• Reporting on what’s working (and what isn’t), then pushing performance forward

What we’re looking for

• Confident on camera – you’re not afraid to go live and keep an audience engaged
• A natural content creator – you know Tik Tok, Instagram Reels and You Tube Shorts inside out
• Strong copywriting skills – short, snappy, and audience‑first
• Organised and self‑driven – you’ll own the social calendar
• Up to speed with the latest social trends, algorithms and best practices
• Comfortable juggling multiple brands and product types
