This is a full-time, on-site role located in Clayton West for a Service and Repair Estimator at ARROW Industrial Group. The role involves preparing accurate and competitive estimates for service and repair projects by assessing project requirements, reviewing technical specifications, and calculating costs. Additional responsibilities include liaising with clients and suppliers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring estimates meet client needs while adhering to company standards and profitability goals.

Collaboration with technical, sales, and operations teams is integral to ensure seamless project planning and execution.

• Strong analytical, mathematical, and estimating skills
• Technical understanding of industrial and commercial doors, including their maintenance and repair requirements
• Proven experience in pricing and cost analysis for service or maintenance projects
• Proficiency in data management and software tools related to estimation or project planning
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site and in collaborative team settings
• Experience in industrial, commercial, or construction-related industries preferred
• A proactive approach with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
