A market-leading food business is looking for a proactive QA Team Leader to join their Technical team in Burgh Le Marsh. In this permanent role, you will ensure products meet customer and legal standards while keeping the site audit-ready. Responsibilities include overseeing quality systems, leading a small QA staff, and maintaining compliance with food safety standards. The role offers a salary of £30,500 per annum and follows a 4 on 4 off shift pattern from 6am to 6pm.
