Reporting To: Factory Manager

Salary Range: NPR 60,000 – 80,000 per month

Vacancy: 1 Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Operator to oversee the PET production line at our Matatirtha Factory. The role involves managing blow molding, filling, and packaging operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.

• Supervise the entire PET production line, including blow molding, filling, and packaging.
• Operate and monitor blow molding machines to produce high-quality PET bottles.
• Perform machine setup, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments.
• Train and supervise production staff, ensuring compliance with operational standards and safety protocols.
• Coordinate production schedules to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Conduct regular quality checks on PET bottles for weight, shape, thickness, and integrity.
• Inspect and manage machinery, scheduling preventive maintenance as needed.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.

• Education:
  
  High School or equivalent (technical training preferred).
• Experience:
  
  4–6 years in PET production or manufacturing operations.
• Skills:
• Strong technical knowledge of blow molding and packaging machinery
• Leadership and team supervision abilities
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency
• Ability to coordinate production schedules and meet targets
