With decades of craftsmanship behind us, we are searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Level 3 Metal Fabrication Apprentice to join our skilled team at our Nuneaton facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in engineering, fabrication, and hands‑on technical work. You will learn from experienced professionals, gain industry‑recognised qualifications, and build skills that will set you up for a long‑term career.

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands‑on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

• Support the fabrication team in producing high‑quality metal components and assemblies
• Learn how to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
• Use industry tools and machinery such as welders, presses, cutting equipment and hand tools
• Assist with welding, cutting, forming and shaping metal components
• Work safely and efficiently within a workshop environment
• Contribute to the restoration and manufacturing of specialist and classic vehicle parts
• Develop your knowledge of materials, fabrication techniques and engineering standards

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
