Welder Vacancy in Manchester

£39,000 Basic
Mon‑Fri 40‑45 hours

Your role as a Welder (MIG & TIG)
  • Weld products from alloy, mild steel, and stainless steel with precision
  • Measure, cut, and finish welded works to high standards
  • Maintain your tools and workstations to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Keep the work area clean, organised, and free from fire hazards
  • Support and train other team members when required
  • Use hand tools such as grinders, circular saws, and band saws
  • Work independently to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Comply with health and safety regulations, quality control, and company policies
  • Carry out additional tasks assigned by management to support operations
Candidate requirements for a Welder (MIG & TIG)
  • At least 2 years of welding experience (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Possession of own tools and equipment
  • Commitment to health, safety, and employee well‑being
  • Excellent attention to detail and dedication to quality craftsmanship
