Semi - Skilled Operative; Temporary

Position: Semi - Skilled Operative (Temporary)
Location: Shotwick

As a Semi - Skilled Operative, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of general factory duties including but not limited to operating power tools, monitoring production lines, inspecting finished products, and ensuring quality control procedures are followed.
Our Semi - Skilled Operatives all have a flexible approach to work and can work in a quick and efficient manner.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 7.30AM - 4.30PM

Hourly Rate:
£13.25 per hour

Responsibilities

• Fitting and assembling pre manufacturing products

• Work on a variety of different tasks

• Using hand and power tools

• Basic inspection and quality checks

• Working with specifications

• Keep production area and factory grounds clean and tidy to a high standard.

• General factory operative duties

Qualifications/Experience

• Some experience of working with wood and/ or power tools is desirable

• Experience of working as a General Operative, Labourer, Production Operative or similar.

• A willingness to learn and work in a factory environment.

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Adherence to health and safety regulations.

• Attention to detail with great teamwork.

• Physical stamina and strength.
