Hours: Rotating Shifts

• Early Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
• Late Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• £12.72 per hour (Early Shift)
• +15% shift allowance (applies to the Late Shift)

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Dispatch Operative to join a busy manufacturing team. This is a key position ensuring that customer orders are accurately prepared and dispatched on time, while also supporting our production teams with essential material supply.

• Picking and preparing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Supplying production lines with required materials to maintain workflow
• Operating within warehouse and dispatch processes to meet daily targets
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Following company procedures, including quality and safety standards
• Using handheld scanners or stock control systems (training provided)

• Previous warehouse/dispatch experience (preferred but not essential)
• Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotating shifts
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Physically fit to handle manual handling tasks
