We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing sign manufacturing company that is looking to add an experienced Metal Fabricator to their production team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable business known for delivering high-quality bespoke signage solutions across commercial and retail sectors.
The Role
Working within a busy workshop environment, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal components used in the production of bespoke signage, including:
Built-up letters and fabricated sign trays
Aluminium and steel sign frames
Structural supports and sign cabinets
Custom architectural metalwork elements
The successful candidate will be confident working from technical drawings and capable of producing high-quality fabrication work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Fabrication of aluminium, mild steel, and stainless steel
MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Cutting, folding, drilling, and finishing materials
Maintaining quality standards and meeting production deadlines
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in metal fabrication (signage experience highly advantageous)
Strong MIG/TIG welding skills
Ability to read and work from technical drawings
Experience working with sheet metal and fabrication machinery
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
