We are hiring for our client, a highly successful and highly automated manufacturing facility based in Lurgan, who are seeking a Dayshift Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team.

This Dayshift Maintenance Engineer role offers a rare opportunity to work Monday to Friday, days only, within a modern, automated environment where engineering excellence and continuous improvement are central to the operation.

The successful Dayshift Maintenance Engineer will play a key role in ensuring plant reliability, minimising downtime, and supporting production through effective planned and reactive maintenance.

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on automated production equipment
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficiently
• Support continuous improvement and reliability projects
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards
• Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or automated setting
• Electrical or mechanical background (multi-skilled advantageous)
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Positive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement

• €45,000 basic
• Dayshift only – Monday to Friday
• Lurgan based
• Highly automated, modern facility
