CNC Turner Setter / CNC Setter Operator

* Knowledge of XYZ PROTURN / FANUC Control System

* Ability to read drawings

* Preferably experience in Programming (but not essential training will be given)

* Competent with measuring instruments

* Setting and operating machine tools to drawing specification

* Team player with good interpersonal skills

CNC Turner Setter / CNC Setter Operator

An opportunity has arisen for a CNC Turner / CNC Setter Operator with turning experience with knowledge of XYZ PROTURN or FANUC control systems. a CNC Turner / CNC Setter Operator with an ability to read customer drawings and interpret customer requirements is essential. CNC Turner Setter / CNC Setter Operator with experience of programming is an advantage but not essential, with onsite training allowing development.

Competent in use of measuring equipment and ability to edit programs required. The CNC Turner Setter / CNC Setter Operator will report to the Production Engineer the main duty will include setting and operating machine tools to drawing specification. The CNC Turner Setter / CNC Setter Operator with the ability to identify improvements in the process and work with colleagues to close.

Good interpersonal skills required.
