Working indoors at a conveyor belt, hand picking items off a sorting conveyor belt, inspecting them for contamination. Operating production machinery and equipment such as guillotines or machinery that make bales.
Responsibilities- Separate paper, plastic bottles, tins and cans.
- Working with hazardous and toxic waste in line with the guidance provided.
- Keeping the site clean and tidy. Follow H&S procedures.
- Working in confined spaces and in an environment which is prone to dust, noise and odours.
- Quality control.
- Adhere to PPE.
- Flexible approach to meet needs of the business.
