Your responsibilities will include transferring and packaging products accurately, adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety while working efficiently to meet production targets. • Work safely at all times in accordance with company Health & Safety policies, procedures, practices, and legislation.
• Identify and report any discrepancies in materials, machinery, or final products to the Team Leader.
• Ensure all food safety, legality, and quality requirements are consistently met.

• Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards, following cleaning schedules and implementing the factory’s "clean as you go" policy.
• Carry out cleaning schedules in the production and packaging area ensuring a very high standard of hygiene/sanitation is achieved, in addition to placing emphasis on the Factory’s “clean as you go” policy, being always audit-ready.

• Prepare packaging materials, ensuring correct labeling, coding, and container specifications.
• Operate equipment to store, feed, mix, blend, extrude, and package food products while maintaining high standards of manufacturing practice.
• Conduct inspection, packing, and metal detection processes, ensuring product quality and compliance with weight control standards.
• Palletize, wrap, and label finished goods as required.

• Accurately complete all relevant process and food safety documentation.
• Carry out any additional duties as assigned by Production Management.

• Provide support in other departments when required, including during holiday and absence cover.

• To carry out any reasonable duties as requested by the Shift Manager / Team Lead
