Location: Pollington, East Yorkshire

Are you ready to be a vital part of a dynamic production team? We are seeking dedicated Production Operatives to join our team at the Pollington plant. Your primary role will be to operate and monitor plant machinery, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards and production targets.

The current shift pattern follows a 4-on, 4-off rotation
, structured as:

• Followed by 2 consecutive night shifts
• Then 4 days off

• Operate Plant Machinery:
  Ensure the manufacture of products meets established quality standards.
• Monitor Production Metrics:
  Report on production metrics to ensure targets are met.
• Recommend Process Improvements:
  Enhance efficiency and product quality through innovative suggestions.
• Maintain Housekeeping Standards:
  Consistently uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Foster a Safe Workplace:
  Promote a safe and healthy work atmosphere, always practicing responsible behaviours.
• Utilize Machinery Safely:
  Operate all machinery in compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
• Manage Raw Materials:
  Handle the reception and storage of raw materials necessary for manufacturing.
• Keep Accurate Records:
  Maintain precise production records as required.
• Support Business Initiatives:
  Actively contribute to improvement projects and support new initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Team:
  Adhere to the designated shift schedule as a collaborative member of the production team.
• Ensure Compliance:
  Follow company policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Drive Results:
  Set ambitious goals, measure progress, and continuously strive for improvement.
