  6:00am 2:00pm / 2:00pm 10:00pm
• Night Shift: 10:00pm 6:00am (shift allowance applies)
• Monday to Friday only no weekend working

A Day in the Life

Your day as a Production Operator might include:

• Starting your shift with a team briefing and safety checks
• Operating simple (remove simple) production machinery (after full training)
• Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues
• Keeping your work area clean, tidy and safe
• Completing basic paperwork and production records
• Working closely with colleagues to meet daily production targets
• Finishing your shift knowing exactly what you ve achieved

What We re Looking For

• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment (food or packaging preferred but not essential)
• Ability to follow instructions and work to standard operating procedures
• Good attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
• A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
