This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global, market-leading FMCG manufacturer at their flagship site. With continuous investment, site expansion and a strong focus on innovation, they are looking to add several Multi-Skilled Engineers to their high-performing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out both reactive and planned preventive maintenance to maximise production uptime.

Work collaboratively within a team of 12 to improve performance and reliability.

Fault-find, repair, and maintain electrical systems including motors, controllers, sensors and automated machinery.

Support a culture rooted in WCM, TPM principles, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
Multi-skilled background across electrical and mechanical disciplines.

Level 3 engineering qualification.

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in FMCG or other highly automated, fast-paced environments.

Shift Pattern
3 on, 3 off – Days & Nights

12-hour shifts (7am & 7pm starts)
