A family owned SME Manufacturer, employing around 40 people. Supporting global projects, they specialise in delivering high quality, sustainably sourced materials with a strong focus on craftsmanship and reliability.

What will you do as Operations and Procurement Coordinator
* Support sales, procurement, production and transport across all projects
* Create Gant charts and update budgets
* Manage the process from order, production to delivery ensuring everything is on time
* Contact customers updating them on the process of the project
* Chase internal stakeholders for updates on project status
* Identify delays and update procurement Manager
What will you need to be an Operations and Procurement Coordinator
* Project Coordinator experience
* Worked within Manufacturing or Trade Service environment
* Proficient in Excel
* Excellent communication skills, able to manage internal stakeholders
* Happy to be based on site 5 days a week
