Technical Services OfficerAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Services Officer to join a growing technical team within a food manufacturing business. Ideal for someone looking to develop their career in food safety, quality and compliance within a supportive environment. You’ll work closely with the Technical Services Manager, supporting technical systems, documentation and audit compliance across the site.
Key responsibilities- Managing supplier and raw material approvals
- Maintaining specifications across third‑party systems
- Supporting document control and audit preparation
- Managing consumer complaints and reporting trends
- Maintaining testing schedules and technical databases
- Working cross‑functionally with internal teams
- Experience with in food manufacturing or FMCG
- Strong understanding of food safety legislation
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive with excellent communication skills
