The role
As Production Assistant, you will support brewing and packaging operations across the brewery, working as part of a small, experienced team.
Your duties will include assisting with brewing processes, packaging and preparation of finished product, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and supporting quality checks to ensure products meet the brewery’s standards.
The role involves physical, practical work and attention to detail, contributing directly to the consistency and quality of the beer produced.
You will also take part in routine checks and general production tasks, with occasional weekend beer checks carried out on a rota basis.
Working patternThe role is full time, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Occasional weekend work is required for beer checks, shared fairly across the team on a rota system.
What we are looking forThis role would suit someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, and keen to learn, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Previous experience in brewing or production is not essential, as full training will be provided.
A forklift licence and a full driving licence would be an advantage, but are not required.
You should be comfortable working as part of a team, following processes carefully, and taking pride in doing the job properly.
