Due to continued growth I’m currently recruiting for a Mechanical Fitter to work with a well-established engineering company based near Halesowen. As the Mechanical Fitter you will be responsible for covering hydraulic presses along with other plant machinery.
Shift pattern for the Mechanical Fitter- Monday – Thursday (6.00am – 16 : 00pm)
- Hourly rate up to £16.28 (DOE)
- Work in safe and responsible manner.
- Time keeping / attendance.
- Maintenance of Press both preventive and reactive.
- Timely response to all reactive breakdowns.
- Flexibility to work around production requirements.
- Critical spares stock.
- Reliability of press – improvement projects.
- Hydraulic system servicing and monitoring.
- Engineering support across site.
- Maintenance of other equipment within department.
- 2 – 5 year’s experience working with Hydraulic presses (Essential)
- Experience in updating and maintaining Maintenance systems (Essential)
- Strong Administration skills (Essential)
