Are you a CNC Laser Operator with experience using fibre laser machines and a keen eye for accuracy? We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC Laser Operator to join a forward-thinking engineering manufacturer with impressive kit and a solid order book.

As a CNC Laser Operator you will be running a modern 4m 10kw fibre laser with the latest controls. Programming is done offline so you will focus on loading, unloading, monitoring cut quality, and keeping production flowing smoothly. Experience with Mazak is great, although operators with Bystronic, Amada or similar backgrounds are encouraged to apply since training can be provided.

• Operating a high-power fibre laser safely and efficiently
• Loading sheet material and monitoring cutting performance
  • Selecting programs, adjusting parameters when needed, and checking first off parts
• Inspecting finished profiles for accuracy and edge quality
• Basic machine care and keeping the work area organised
• Working with the wider team to hit daily output targets

• Experience as a CNC Laser Operator within fabrication or production
• Knowledge of fibre laser operation on Mazak, Amada, Bystronic, Trumpf or similar
• Confident reading simple engineering drawings
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and reliable output
• Willingness to learn and progress to a higher grade with training
