Location: Burntwood Pentre
M C Recruiting are currently seeking a skilled fabricator, for our client based in Flintshire, North Wales. The role is as follows.
Role Responsibilities
To accurately fabricate structural steel buildings, including marking and making cutting lines on material without error.
To be aware of all fabrication parts required, ensuring they are all present, properly fitted and aligned, while ensuring that all quality control standards are met.
To effectively manipulate steelwork by cutting, hammering, bending ensuring the integrity of the product is not lost.
Skills Required
At least two years’ experience in a similar structural fabrication role.
The ability to read and understand workshop drawings.
To be able to verify dimensions and product descriptions using rulers, measuring tapes or squares.
Ability to make accurate cutting lines on all steel without error.
Hours of work are 6 am to 2pm Monday to Friday or 14..00 Monday to Thursday with lots of overtime all paid at a enhanced rate of pay
