Our client based in the Dungiven area is currently recruiting Factory Operatives to join their growing team. This is a full-time, temporary ongoing role, with the opportunity to become permanent based on performance and room for progression after 16 weeks.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
• Friday: 7:00am – 2:00pm

Pay Rate:

• £12.21 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling, finishing, and preparing timber, aluminium, PVCu, and aluminium‑clad products in line with specifications
• Inspecting products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are consistently met
• Setting up and operating production machinery, reporting any faults or issues promptly
• Packing and labelling finished products ready for delivery
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑organised work environment
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures, including the use of appropriate PPE
• Working closely with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
