Pay Rate: £13.28 per hour

As a General Operative, you will be an essential part of the production cycle. You will work within "Classified Areas" (Clean rooms), ensuring that life-changing products are manufactured to the highest safety and quality standards.

• Cleanroom Excellence: Maintain "Bronze License" status for access to Grade C/D production areas.
• Hygiene & Compliance: Adhere to strict gowning procedures and perform specialised cleaning of aseptic filling lines.
• Material Handling: Assist in the transfer of materials into classified zones and manage stock levels to ensure zero expiry issues.
• Technical Support: Operate airlocks, assist with part washers, and manage autoclave loading (following training).
• Quality Control: Perform packaging, labelling, and in-process weight checks while maintaining meticulous data records.
• Monitoring: Once qualified, conduct environmental monitoring to ensure the facility meets pharmaceutical standards.

We need methodical individuals who take pride in "getting it right the first time."

• Education: GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent numeracy/literacy skills.
• Industry
  
  Experience:
  
  Experience in a regulated environment is essential (e.g., Pharmaceuticals, Food, Automotive, Engineering, or Cosmetics).
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for sustained periods and lift up to 15kg (with reasonable adjustments).

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• High attention to detail and the ability to stay focused on repetitive, high-stakes tasks.
• A "Patient First" mindset-understanding that quality saves lives.
