Food Production Operative

We are looking for a reliable, physically fit Production Operator to join a small production team. This is a hands‑on, physically demanding role in a fast‑paced food production environment.

The role involves regular lifting, manual handling, and standing for long periods, and you will need to be flexible to start work early, sometimes from 5:00 am.

• Manually handle and measure ingredients for drink production
• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely
• Work efficiently on bottling and packaging lines
• Use online systems via handheld devices for tracking production and inventory
• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Clean and sanitise machinery and work areas
• Organise work to support the following day's production
• Support the team to minimise downtime and maintain production flow

• Physically strong and comfortable with manual work
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
• Able to work well in a team and independently
• Organised, proactive, and detail‑focused
• Good communication skills
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and digital skills

Monday – Friday: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm

Flexibility to start from 5:00 am to cover holiday periods if required
