CNC PROGRAMMER/OPERATOR - DAY SHIFT

We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer/Machine Operative to join our team, who has the ability to run a day shift. The successful candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machines and will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and instruments. The ideal candidate will have a good eye for detail, be able to work independently, have a good understanding of the principles of CNC machining and be able to manage a shift.

• Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
• Use machine operating systems such as Tekcel, Multicam, Titan fibre laser, Press brake, Carveco, Enroute.
• Read technical drawings to determine the correct setup and operation of the machine.
• Perform quality checks on finished parts.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines.
• Perform preventative maintenance on CNC machines.
• Make adjustments to the machines as needed.

• Minimum 2 years of CNC programming experience.
• Experience using Titan Fibre Laser / Press Brake.
• Experience with software packages/programmes Carveco / Enroute.
• Experience using Tekcel / Multicam machines.
• Hold a current driving license and have access to a vehicle (location is not accessible by public transport).
