Salary
: £31,000 – £33,500 (depending on experience)

Please note:

This role is based in a chilled warehouse environment (35 degrees).

We are a family-run business looking for a motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you ll be the first point of contact on the shop floor, leading and supporting a team of 20+ operatives. You ll play a key role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly, ensuring targets are met, and service levels are delivered.

• Overseeing daily warehouse operations including goods in, storage, and dispatch
• Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of warehouse operatives
• Managing stock levels, carrying out regular checks, and reducing discrepancies
• Ensuring health & safety standards are always met
• Working with quality control to maintain high product standards
• Keeping equipment safe and well-maintained
• Producing accurate reports on stock and performance
• Managing budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Driving process improvements to boost efficiency

• Proven experience in warehouse management (chilled FMCG experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations
• Confident using warehouse management systems and MS Office
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
