We’re currently recruiting for a Logistics Team Leader role in Berinsfield. This position is with a growing manufacturing company providing products and materials for industrial applications. The role involves supervising a team of warehouse operatives, managing stock, kitting, and dispatch, ensuring health and safety compliance, and supporting continuous improvement in warehouse operations. You’ll work closely with logistics, production, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient stock management, while also providing leadership and training to the team.

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Previous team management or supervisory experience
• Strong organisational, communication, and computer skills
• Forklift licence (or willing to train)
