In this hands‑on role, you'll learn about the complexity of operations at a global business and what it takes to make everything run seamlessly. While you implement your team's approach to drive productivity, you'll also work closely with your colleagues to address challenges, which means no two days will be the same.

This includes analysing data and performance metrics with leaders in your business area, and discussing the operational pros and cons of technical improvements with engineers.
About the TeamCustomer Fulfilment, or CF, has evolved from a humble team of booksellers to a sophisticated global team handling more than 1.5 million orders every day. The team is the foundation of our business and its efforts have diversified us across new regions and services. With emerging technology, we always look for ways to offer a bigger, better product range—delivered quickly and affordably.
The CF team are the first people in the chain that help customers get products at the speed Amazon is known for. We are based in Fulfilment Centres, at the heart of Amazon's fast‑paced operations network. These centres are sometimes referred to as the 'First Mile' because most Amazon packages start their journey there. We manage dynamic inventory and facilitate speedy deliveries round the clock.
Lots of different people work in our Fulfilment Centres, creating plenty of opportunities for every skill set. Some of us work with physical products, while others analyse data to help everyone across the business make smart decisions.
Qualifications- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's), completed before start date.
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and the local language.
- Relevant experience in performing data analysis. Preferred qualifications are not required to apply for a position at Amazon; if you have all the basic qualifications above, we'd love to hear from you.
- Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
- Experience in a logistical working environment.
- Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
