• Manage the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing.
• Oversee payment runs and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Support month-end processes, including accruals and reporting.
• Implement and improve accounts payable procedures and systems.
• Lead and develop the accounts payable team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Prior experience in accounts payable or a similar role within accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and processes.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Knowledge of the property industry is advantageous.
