The ideal candidate will have refurbishment experience in live environments such as healthcare or schools, strong health and safety knowledge, and the ability to supervise multiple trades. Required certifications include SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid. DBS check is also required or must be willing to obtain.
