* Job Summary
* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to oversee our operations in a senior care environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional care. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring the implementation of care plans, and fostering effective communication within the team.

Your role will be crucial in maintaining high standards of service and support for our residents.

* Duties
* * Supervise and lead a team of care staff, ensuring they deliver quality care to residents.

* Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to the needs of each resident.

* Drive team performance through effective coaching, mentoring, and support.

* Communicate regularly with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

* Conduct regular team meetings to discuss updates, challenges, and improvements in service.

* Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and organisational policies.

* Assist in training new staff members on best practices in senior care and company protocols.

* Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance service quality.

* Requirements
* * Proven experience in a leadership role within the senior care or healthcare sector is essential.

* Strong understanding of IT systems relevant to care management is desirable.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.

* Demonstrated ability to supervise staff while promoting a positive work environment.

* Knowledge of developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.

* A compassionate approach towards elderly care with a commitment to enhancing residents' quality of life.

* Ability to drive initiatives that improve team performance and resident satisfaction.
