Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Howford Hydraulics Ltd located in Catrine. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, planning and implementing business strategies, and ensuring the company's financial success.
Qualifications- Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Decision-Making skills
- Financial Management and Budgeting skills
- Project Management and Operations Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the hydraulics industry is a requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field a bonus
- Proven track record of successful management and business development
