Deputy Manager

We are looking to recruit a Deputy Care Manager for our Care Home. We are registered for 35 beds with The Care Quality Commission (CQC) and we work alongside Norfolk County Council.

The successful candidate must have the following strengths:

Flexibility and working alternate weekends is part of the job role.

Honesty, reliability and punctuality is key for this job role.

Must have good communication skills and be able to support the team, residents, relatives and visitors ensuring a home from home experience is honoured.

Job will include carrying out various observations within the care team, auditing, recruitment, leading shifts alongside other managerial tasks, to be able to run the home in the absence of the Registered Manager, to support with the on call process.
