Position: Assistant / Manager, Private Wealth
Location: Jersey Marine

Our client is seeking a skilled Assistant / Manager, Private Wealth, to join their dynamic team. This position offers a full‑time contract within an open and progressive work environment that fosters career development. The successful candidate will manage and develop a team of administrators, delivering expert administration services tailored to the complex needs of clients. Collaborating closely with the Associate Director/Director and team members, this role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Job Duties
  • Manage the formation and ongoing administration of a portfolio of clients with complex requirements, collaborating closely with senior management.
  • Serve as a higher authority on day‑to‑day administration queries, ensuring alignment with company policy and professional guidelines while delivering a quality service.
  • Maintain an unwavering commitment to data integrity with meticulous attention to detail, maximising systems for efficiency.
  • Champion the company ethos through thorough process analysis to enhance alignment and consistency within the team.
  • Mentor and supervise team members while assisting in their training and development.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements, policy enhancements, and service innovations to elevate the client’s experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, particularly concerning anti‑money laundering and terrorist financing.
  • Undertake project work as designated by management, displaying initiative and leadership qualities.
Job Requirements
  • A strong background in administration services with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Considerable practical experience, ideally supported by a professional qualification such as CGI or STEP.
  • Ability to provide sound, commercial advice while exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail and motivation to achieve exceptional results for clients and the team.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Viewpoint is advantageous.
