As Assistant Manager you will be responsible in supporting the Manager to maintaining a high performing team. You will be expected to build and sustain excellent client relationships and help achieve our mission of delivering excellent client service.

You will ensure the efficiency of the team is maintained and is in line with the Company’s procedures, deal with client requests for assistance and meet the Company’s SLAs.
