Construction Project Manager

Projects range in value up to £22 million and include complex schemes across residential towers, stadiums, commercial buildings, and public sector assets. • Overseeing contract and project management of significant envelope cladding schemes
• Responsible for risk management, site activities, health and safety adherence, and compliance
• Ensuring projects run efficiently within agreed timelines promoting financial parameters
• Maintaining effective communication and relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members
• Willingness to travel to various project sites across the UK as required

• Minimum 5 years’ specific experience in envelope cladding
• Solid technical and contractual knowledge with strong financial and commercial awareness
• Proven ability in managing project teams, subcontractors, and client interactions
• Technical proficiency and a robust understanding of health and safety regulations
• Must be located within a practical commuting distance to specified regional sites
