A High-Impact Role for a Project Manager
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to lead complex new build schemes within a progressive and well-established contractor. This role is ideal for candidates with a track record in delivering industrial, data centre, or large steel frame projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Your Next Role - What You'll Be Doing
In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for the full project lifecycle, leading multi-disciplinary teams across major new build schemes.

Responsibilities include:

• Project Leadership: Running high-value projects from pre-construction to handover, ensuring programme, cost, and quality targets are met.
• Team Coordination: Managing subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams across engineering, commercial, and delivery functions.
• Programme Oversight: Working closely with planning and commercial teams to monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Client Interface: Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining professional communication and reporting.
• Health & Safety: Ensuring site safety and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

What You'll Need - The Ideal Background

• A minimum of 8 years' experience in project management within the construction sector.
• Proven delivery of steel frame, industrial or data centre new builds.
• Strong leadership and client-facing capabilities.
• Knowledge of UK construction regulations and procurement routes.
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black), and First Aid certification preferred.
