As Senior Home Manager, you won t be expected to carry everything alone you ll be supported to build a resilient team around you and lead from a place of confidence.
About the Role:
• Lead a children s home specialising in EBD placements, maintaining high care and safeguarding standards
• Develop individual care plans that reflect each child s unique needs and strengths
• Recruit, induct and retain a strong staff team with support from central functions
• Embed a culture of consultation, key working and consistent relationships
• Manage the home s quality, budgeting and performance with clear organisational backing
• Work in partnership with families, professionals and agencies to create safe, stable placements

About You:
Experience & Qualifications:
• Level 3 Residential Childcare (essential)
• Level 5 Leadership and Management (preferred or willing to enrol within 6 months)
• At least 2 years residential experience, with 1 year+ in a supervisory role
• Confident understanding of the Quality Standards and SCCIF framework
