This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contract Manager based in Latimer. The Contract Manager will oversee and manage contracts related to fire safety projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include contract negotiation, review, and compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to industry standards. Other tasks include maintaining strong client and supplier relationships, coordinating project timelines, and managing budgets and resources to ensure project success.

The role involves ensuring the highest level of professionalism and quality in all interactions and deliverables.

• Contract negotiation, drafting, and compliance management skills
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and supplier engagement
• Knowledge of passive fire protection and safety standards is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within the fire safety or construction industry, is highly desirable
