Senior Project Manager

Actively seeking an experience Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark 60+million commercial scheme in the heart of Central London. This is a flagship development within our growing portfolio and represents an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile project from pre-construction through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for a major commercial build
• Drive programme delivery, quality standards, and cost control in line with company objectives.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and consultants on a fast-paced project.
• Act as the primary client interface maintaining strong communication and reporting lines.
• Oversee health, safety, environmental, and sustainability compliance across site operations.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and excellence in project delivery.

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager

• Proven track record managing large scale commercial or mixed use schemes over 40million
• Minimum 8-10 years experience within a tier 1 or tier 2 principle main contractor
• Background in Civil engineering or a Degree in Civil Engineering desired.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Robust understanding of UK building regulations, procurement and construction methodologies
• Ability to manage complex logistics in a dense urban environment
