This operational role is based at the Giant's Causeway Visitor Centre and involves leading a team of approximately 100 staff to provide exceptional visitor experiences.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead all planned preventative, reactive and small projects across the estate.
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day running of capital works projects.
  • Manage facilities for the entire Causeway site, Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge and Downhill Demesne properties.
  • Line‑manage the facilities team responsible for maintenance, compliance, and quality of built assets.
  • Collaborate with heads of department to improve assets and maintenance strategies.
  • Serve on the Property Leadership Team and duty‑manager team, exercising delegated budget and compliance responsibilities.
Who We're Looking For
