Giant's Causeway Visitor Centre, Northern Ireland
Flanked by the wild North Atlantic Ocean and a landscape of dramatic cliffs, the Giant's Causeway is a popular National Trust site. Over 600,000 visitors each year explore the iconic coastline. This operational role is based at the Giant's Causeway Visitor Centre and involves leading a team of approximately 100 staff to provide exceptional visitor experiences.
What You'll Be Doing- Lead all planned preventative, reactive and small projects across the estate.
- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of capital works projects.
- Manage facilities for the entire Causeway site, Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge and Downhill Demesne properties.
- Line‑manage the facilities team responsible for maintenance, compliance, and quality of built assets.
- Collaborate with heads of department to improve assets and maintenance strategies.
- Serve on the Property Leadership Team and duty‑manager team, exercising delegated budget and compliance responsibilities.
