The Spotless Cleaning Company is recruiting Cleaning Operatives to join its team based in Cromdale.
This role suits reliable and practical individuals who are comfortable working in a fast paced environment and are available at short notice when required.

• Providing cleaning and property care services across client sites.
• Supporting holiday cover and busy periods as required.
• Working efficiently within time critical schedules.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Attending the Spotless base at the start of the working day unless transport is arranged.

• Zero hours contract initially.
• Flexible hours depending on business demand.
• Based in Cromdale with travel to local properties.
• Potential to move into a permanent position following trial period and assessments.

• Previous cleaning or property care experience is preferred but not essential.
• Confidence working in a fast paced environment.
• A positive and dependable attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A full clean driving licence is beneficial but not essential.
