• Salary: £14.50 per hour

• To check the maintenance book daily and carry out all repairs as necessary
• To decorate vacated rooms as requested following correct procedure
• To keep the gardens well maintained, cutting grass, dig borders, weed and replant where there is no gardener
• General Maintenance on a day‑to‑day basis
• Out of Hours Call outs if required

• Previous experience in painting, tiling etc. required
• Car Driver
