A premier destination hotel in Wales is looking for a full-time Maintenance Manager responsible for the maintenance and compliance of the property. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of building maintenance, excellent communication and organisational skills, and be hands-on in performing various maintenance tasks. This role involves liaising with departments, supervising external contractors, and ensuring the highest standards of upkeep and compliance are maintained.
A competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000 based on experience is offered.
